Many of the products produced by Tokyo Seisakusho come from the Iida Factory. What was originally “TAKADASEIKI,” this site remains the very origin of our manufacturing, carrying forward the skills and trust cultivated over decades. Main hub for manufacturing and inspection
The Iida Factory is the main manufacturing site for most of Tokyo Seisakusho’s products. It has established a flexible production system capable of handling a wide variety of products, starting from small lots, including doctor blades. It also supports additional processes such as polishing and restoration. In addition to featuring a broad range of inspection equipment, dedicated inspection specialists are on site at all times. The Iida Factory has left no stone unturned when it comes to its approach to product calibration and inspection as part of a relentless pursuit of accuracy and quality. It is also focused on creating a stable manufacturing environment, including the establishment of an annual maintenance day where employees themselves perform equipment inspections and servicing.

The Iida Factory has acquired certification in the quality management international standard “ISO 9001” and the environmental management international standard “ISO 14001.” Through annual internal audits and other operational reviews, it places priority on ensuring that its systems do not become mere formalities, but function effectively in the workplace. The Iida Factory emphasizes a culture of ownership, where all employees take initiative and take personal responsibility for quality and environmental stewardship.

The Iida Factory can flexibly respond to requests from local companies to develop products, or polish and restore blades. It attentively responds to incredibly detailed technical consultations, building trust as a key partner supporting local manufacturing. Its commitment to the community includes sponsoring Iida City’s popular events such as the Yakiniku Rock Fes and fireworks displays, as well as supporting local fire brigade activities by providing parking facilities. Located amidst abundant nature, the Iida Factory actively engages in environmental conservation activities, guided by the ISO 14001 standard.
