Carbide Three-Trimmer Cutter Blade
Super hardness and high toughness blades
Used in the finishing process in bookbinding. One cutting achieves trimming on three sides of the book. Depending on the thickness of the books, this blade is able to cut 2-5 copies at one time. Ultra-fine-grained carbides are used, so high quality trimming maintains.

Circular Binding Cutter
Highly accurate cutting surface
When gluing the book cover, these cut the book's spines. Adjusting the blade angle and number of blades improves the accuracy of paper dust and cut surface achieving high quality cutting process. Silent type blade is also available.

Strong cover bonding in perfect binding
Blades used in the next process of the circular binding cutter. By roughening the book's spines, it strongly bonds the book cover.

Carbide Cutter for Saddle Stich
Our original processing techniques make the surface more beautiful
This cutter trims (finishing up) in three directions, after stitching wires to the book's spines using the saddle stitching machine. Mainly used for binding magazines, weekly magazines, pamphlets, etc. Using our original brazing technology, provides high-precision products.

Two-up Book Binding Cutter (Carbide)
Achieves highly accurate separation
This cutter mainly performs separation (center cutting) of books on saddle stitching machine. This cutter is used on CDs and game console jackets. Using our original brazing technology, we can elaborately fabricate two-edged left and right sharpening process.

Carbide Guillotine Cutter Blade
Maintains high quality using ultra-fine-grained carbide
Used in Guillotine machines after printing. Mainly used before folding, trimming process and flyers. Use of ultra-fine particle carbide enables continuous high quality cutting. Teflon coating is also available to reduce glue adhesion.
