Meeting with customers
Our sales representatives either visit customers or communicate with them online to gather further details. We tailor the proposed solution to customer requirements while verifying details regarding the field, operating environment, existing products, etc.
Reviewing specifications and providing cost estimates
Specifications including material, size, tolerance, and usage conditions are reviewed to prepare a quote. We present as many variations of quotes as possible to allow for easier comparison.
Prototyping and evaluation
Once a quote is approved, we proceed to prototyping and evaluation. Changes and further proposals are made as required.
Preparation for mass production and quality checks
Designs are brushed up to finalize specifications based on prototyping results. We establish mass production systems, and move forward with quality inspections and shipment preparations.
Delivery and after-sales service
After product delivery, we verify product performance in use and maintain ongoing support, including specification checks for repeat orders.
