Vacuum Nozzle (Special Nozzle)
The material of the nozzle tip can be changed depending on the application
Used in SMT machines (surface mount machines). Vacuum nozzle picks up component and places it in the designated position on the board. Nozzle tip material can be customized depending on the component`s material and shape. For example, Urethane, Pad, POM, etc.

Gripper Nozzle (Special Nozzle)
Supports various sizes and materials
Used in SMT machines (surface mount machines). TS designs special gripper nozzles for complex components that cannot be applied to top suction with standard vacuum nozzles, this nozzle grips component and place it in the desired position on the board. Gripper nozzles are available in a variety of sizes and shapes, also customized design and production possible depends on your desired size and shape.

By utilizing our experience in manufacturing mounting nozzles, we achieved long life nozzles by using materials and surface treatment that are optimal for solder jets. We can support a variety of special shapes, whether round or square.

Squeegee Holder Set
Matching with the size of the SMT printing machine
Parts for solder paste printing machine. The standard size of the squeegee holder is 350 mm, but custom sizes are also available. The squeegee holder set includes the following parts: squeegee holder, spacer, and metal squeegee.

Metal Squeegee
Excellent durability with ceramic plating
To be set in a squeegee holder. The edge of the metal squeegee is designed specially in an R shape with high flexibility for the efficient and stable filling rate. Compared to steel squeegee the TS ceramic coating metal squeegee is much more durable.

With a function to prevent solder paste from flowing in
Master squeegee kit enables solder printing according to the board size. Changes the guide structure to prevent malfunctions caused by solder paste getting into the guide. Stable guide movement and easy to clean. This product was born from customer needs.

YAMAHA Squeegee Holder
Separable for significant cost savings
YSP/YCP separable squeegee holder is unique design to support genuine Yamaha products. The original squeegee is spot welded with the holder which is very expensive, while our squeegee can be easily replaced if metal squeegee is broken. Separable holder is very cost effective for replacement.

Splicing Cutter
Cuts the component tape accurately.
Dedicated cutter for splicing the paper and emboss tape; it can be cut maintaining the tape partial pitch. Dedicated for 8mm tape and can be used for 2mm＆4mm pitch. Uses anti-static material.

Splicing Jig
Reduce defective parts feeding
A jig for connecting paper and emboss tape. By using a jig, even beginners who are easy to cause poor feeding can perform accurate splicing. Uses anti-static material. Only for 8 mm.

Support Pin (Magnet type)
Firmly fix the PC board for stable productivity
Support pin keeps up the PC board in the SMT machine. We use strong magnetic material that can fix your PCB firmly during production. No worries about moving and deflection so that stable PCB production can be realized. Make the pin harder to bend; heat-treatment is also available as an option.

Nozzle Shaft Cleaning Jig
Optimization for each shaft size
A jig for cleaning the shaft where the nozzle holder is attached. With normal shaft cleaning jig, one size is used for 3 types of shafts so dust can’t be removed completely. Therefore, we have developed the jig for each shaft size. Shaft can be cleaned in a short time.

Support Mat
Adjustable for any type of chip mounters
Used to support the mounting board; it does not damage the components like conventional metal pins. Available for any position.The material is a conductive urethane material that grounds static electricity.
Can accommodate any chip mounters. The height is adjusted using anti-static resin, and the fixing can be adjusted to either pin type or magnet type.
